Returns/Refunds

Due to the nature of our product, there are absolutely NO returns or refunds on sod once it has been received by the customer, except for rare instances where your sod arrives in poor condition. If this occurs, you must notify us within 2 business days. We will then provide you with replacement sod (pending inspection of original order).

If any problems arise within the first month after your sod is installed, you may qualify for a replacement order of sod. Please contact us and we will arrange for someone to come out and take a look at your lawn. To receive replacement sod, it will have to be determined (by The Sod Shop) that the problem(s) are the result of the sod itself, and not other factors (ground preparation, poor nutrients, etc.). Please keep in mind that this only applies for 1 month from the date that you receive your sod!

Cancellation

To cancel an order, you must give us at least a 24 hour notice. For example, if you place an order to have sod delivered on a Saturday, you must call to cancel the order no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday. Upon cancellation of the order, we will be happy to either issue you a full refund or reschedule your order for another day.

NOTE : If you do not provide us with a 24 hour advance notice, we cannot cancel your order or give you a refund! Because your order is being harvested and shipped fresh for you, there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do once it is harvested and loaded on the truck.
